Coach Allnutt

Coach Allnutt has lived in this region, since he was four years old. Although he was born in Ann Abor, Michigan, his family moved back to their home state, after his father got a job in Kentucky.
He grew up in Owenton and attended Owen County High School. While in high school, he was a captain for the football and track teams.
Upon graduation (97), he left to go to EKU and graduated there with a BS in Technology Education in '03. During his time at college Coach Allnutt helped coach at Grant County High School, where he was the O-line and D-line coach.
Once he was out of school, Coach Allnutt accepted a job as a Tech Ed teacher and football coach for Owen County. He would stay here for 4 years and work his way up to Defensive Coordinator. It was during this time that he started his Maters program at Georgetown College.
Coach Allnutt left Owen County for Gallatin County High School. He has been here for the last 2 years. While at GCHS, Coach Allnutt has been the ISS teacher and Defensive Cooridnator.
Coach Allnutt has been happily married to Sarah Allnutt for the last 4 years. She teaches Junior and Senior English at Williamstown High School. Together they have one son, Donald "Trip" Lloyd Allnutt, III.

Gallatin County is currently looking for an additional coach for the 2009 football year. If you would be intrested, or know someone who is, please take a resume and letter of interest to the Gallatin County High School front office and tell them that it is for Coach Browning.
